Soup Kitchen Kl, Malaysia Charity Event
I wake up early in the morning rushing to Sentul to volunteer for soup kitchen project for the homeless in KL not knowing what to expect. I reached Tamil Methodist Church Sentul and starting off peeling bags potatoes & chopping chillies, something that I have not done in years.
Being the youngest male there, I guess my primary task there would be carrying the heavy stuffs around. The other volunteers cooked the foods when in turn will be packed to be distributed to the homeless. They prepared vegetables and curry chicken (It was very good curry), which then was packed and distributed to several points in Sentul. I believe we made a little more than 100 packs that day.
Overall it was a tiring but great experience.

This soup kitchen is organized every Saturday morning around 9am at Tamil Methodist Church, Sentul.
Now Suresh is the guy to contact if you want to volunteer or donate for charity. There are so much needs for volunteers and funds. He’s in link with hundred of homes and charity organization in Malaysia.
